She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Hayman and William Hayman; her husband Jack Mahoney; her former husband William Hoffstatter; her sister Marion "Pat"; her brother-in-law Jack Hines; her sister Shirley Perpetua; her sister-in-law Linda Hayman; and her sons-in-law, William Maisenhelder and Joseph F. Gill.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Maisenhelder, Wendy Gill Welch (Bill) and William Hoffstatter (Kathy); her siblings, Richard "Jay" Hayman, Debbie Davis (Steven) and Michael Hayman (Kathy); and her brother-in-law Anthony "Bo" Perpetua. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
