She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Perry and Anna Perry (Mooney); and her brother Frank. She is survived by: her husband Amelio T. Berardi; her adoptive daughters, Ann and Jan; her brother-in-law Jerry; her niece Kim Tiano; her children, Mary Alice Berardi, RN of Kingston and Reverend Thomas Berardi of Albany; her grandchildren, Charles J. Van Wagenen, Jr., Maria Naccarato (late Peter Naccarato) and Carole Kelder (Vincent); her great grandchild Randi Kelder; her great great grandchild Rylan Paschall; her sisters, Helen Williams, Dorothy Donovan and Agnes Brown; her great grandchild Ryan Kelder; and her siblings, Alice, Florence, Frederick, Arthur, Ronald, Octave, Janet and Irene. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and Godchildren.
