She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael McGowan and Marie McGowan (Nugent); her husband Joseph C. Primo "Bucky"; and her siblings, Audrey Haber, Jacqueline Ball, Betty Huth and Philip McGowan.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Primo, Jr. (Susan) and Debbie Turk (Terry Hamilton); her grandchildren, Nicole Rizza (John Connelly), Melissa VanLeuvan (Michael) and Shelby Williams (Jason); her brother Michael McGowan (Jan); and her sister-in-law Dottie McGowan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc. (27 Smith Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A procession was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Church (166 Broadway, Kingston, NY 12401). A burial was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:45 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (322 Foxhall Ave, Kingston, NY 12401).
