With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucy E. Gallagher of Kingston, New York, born in Durham, New York, who passed away on December 27, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Roe and Nellie German. She is survived by: her husband George Gallagher; her children, William Robert Gallagher, Elizabeth Hope and Greg Kennedy; and her grandchildren, Melissa Franz, Shane Freer, Kelly Booth and Brandon Kennedy.
