He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. McClinton and Bernice McClinton (Snyder); and his siblings, Karen, Donald, Albert and Michael McClinton.
He is survived by: his close friend Anita Rinaldo; his children, Karen Richter (Chad) of Kingston, Corina McClinton of Connelly, Taisa Saunders of Kingston, Shayne Smith (Emily) of Saugerties and Shannon Smith of Albany; his grandchildren, Denzel McClinton and Marcello Richter; and his siblings, Bernice McClinton, Jeanette Howell, Anna Parker, Steve McClinton, George McClinton, James McClinton, Theron McClinton and Robert McClinton.
