She is survived by: her daughters, Dina Blauvelt (Martin), Terri-Ann Cornachia and Joni Chambers; her grandchildren, Joshua Holmes (Sabrina), Rachel Williams (John), Zachary Blauvelt (Kaysie), Nathaniel, Ashley Blauvelt, Ronald Chambers (Mary), Sean Chambers, Robert Howard, Mark Howard and Shaun Howard; her great grandchildren, Katherine, Joshua, Benjamin Holmes, Cameron, Lydia Williams, Annabelle Reyes and Teyla Blauvelt; and her sister Rosemary Schultz.
