He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Melissa (Richard), Shank of Tonawanda, NY, Erica Shopland of Beverly Hills, FL and George (Jamie); his brothers, John (Elizabeth) and Larry Nichols of Saugerties, NY; and his parents, George Nichols of Saugerties, NY and Bertha Vanderbeck (Regina Nichols). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
