He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Morton and Georgette Morton (Thomas). He is survived by: his wife Arlene Morton (Buchheit); and his children, George G. Morton, Michael Morton, Lynn Mullen, Lori Morton and Patty Morton. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
