We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2022, at the age of 86, Gary L. Carpenter in Kingston, New York, born in Norwich, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Carpenter and Esther Stager; his former wife Sarah Hendrickson; his wife Patricia A. "Pickle" Muller; his sons, Steven and Ralph Prevost; and his stepfather Walter Dickemann.

He is survived by: his children, Gregg Carpenter of Pennsburg, PA, Rusty Carpenter of Nashville, GA, Cynthia D'Amour (Jacques), Shirley Skidmore (Joseph) and Paul Prevost (Kim) of Clifton Park, NY; and his sisters, Phyllis Beal (Richard) and Carol Peters (Claude). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
