She was predeceased by: her parents, Thure Werner Olsson and Maria Reichel of Kingston, NY.; and her husband John R. Tuey. She is survived by: her son Terrence J. Tuey (Sarah Ouellette); her granddaughters, Cadence J. Tuey and Payton M. Tuey; her brother Karl Olsson (Kathy Jamison); and her cousin Joan Van Leuven.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc. (27 Smith Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A procession was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (166 Broadway, Kingston, NY 12401). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (322 Foxhall Ave, Kingston, NY 12401).

“So sad to hear this! We were cousins and grew up together. Although I moved out of state several years ago, we still kept in touch. Fran was a woman of faith, a loving, kind and generous person. She was devoted to her family, especially her beloved granddaughters, who she called her "munchkins."
