He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. and Eileen; and his brother John Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Shawn, Denise, Kayla, Jailene and Shannon (Josh); and his siblings, Linda (John), Dale (Karen) and Kevin. He is also survived by six loving grandchildren.
