He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Murphy (Alte); and his parents, Francis Murphy and Florence Murphy (Jablonski). He is survived by: his children, Charley Murphy (Catherine Murphy), Christina Powers (Bryan Powers) and Carole Casavant (David Casavant); his grandchildren, Kyle Powers, Sean Powers, Trevor Powers, Siobhan Murphy, Clare Murphy, Matthew Casavant and Aimee Casavant; and his sister-in-law Mary C. Murphy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
