He is survived by: his father Donn Avallone of Ulster Park; his sister Carrie Merritt; his nephew Dominic Merritt of Ulster Park; his aunt Emilia; his uncle Jerry Moore of Hurley; his cousins, Shane Moore (Iana Boneva), Deb and Pam Boggs of West Virginia; and also Declan of Chicago.
