He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Burdette Carl Hart and Evelyn "Cookie" H. Hart (Soper); his stepmother Terri K. Hart; his son Barry C. Hart Jr. (Renee); his sisters, Debra Ann Hart (Thomas Charles Harvey), Patricia Lynn Rivera (James W. Sarvis), Farrah Soppe (Wil Soppe) and Kim Faith O'Brien; and his godson Thomas Charles Harvey VI. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
