With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anna Marie Dyer (Kingston, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 19, 2025 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving H. Brown and Edith M. Brown (Peterson); her husband Joseph J. Dyer Sr.; her children, Joseph J. Dyer Jr. and Patricia Reilly; her son-in-law Patrick Colbert; and her siblings, William, George, Irving Jr. and Pearl.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joan E. Stopczynski (Joseph Sr.) and Anna M. Colbert; her son-in-law Vincent Reilly; her brother Edgar L. Brown; her grandchildren, Michael J. Stopczynski, Joseph J. Stoczynski Jr., Melissa J. Ramirez, Kellene L. Rifenburgh (Don), Kyle I Reilly (Erica), Amanda A. Dyer and Travis T. Dyer; her great grandchildren, Chloe J. Ramirez, Jaden N. Ramirez, Reilly D. Riffenburgh, Abigail I. Weidner, Caleb D. Weidner and Brayden C. Reilly; and her godchildren, Sharon Perna, Harry L. Hill Jr. and Gary R. Boice. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc. (27 Smith Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
