She is survived by: her children, Carl Jakubowsky and Patricia Matthews (Tricia); her children-in-law, Joanne Jakubowsky, John Matthews and Melanie Jakubowsky; her sister Eleanor Giantfortune; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Jakubowsky and Beth Donahue.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Butler-Hughes Funeral Home (69 Indian Head Rd, Kings Park, NY 11754). A graveside service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:15 AM.
