She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Patrick O'Neill and Janet Miller-O'Neill (Hugh P. Smith); her sibling Neill; and her husband Sean Fitzpatrick. She was also cherished by Brothers, Sisters, 15 nieces & nephews and 23 Grand-nieces & nephews.
