He is survived by: his brother Perry Chamberlain of Ellicottville, NY; his nieces and nephews, Hollie Chamberlain of Ellicottville, NY, Monica Ellis of Jacksonville, FL, Rhonda Hunter of Virginia Beach, VA, Terry Rinko of Franklinville, NY, Darylene Whitcomb of Great Valley, NY, Tami Jo Smith of Fairport, NY, Rick Chamberlain of Great Valley, NY, Sean Chamberlain of Great Valley, NY and Jay Smith of East Otto, NY; and his great-nephew Ryan Chamberlain.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the O'Rourke & O'Rourke INC Funeral Home (25 River St, Salamanca, NY 14779).
