It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Skiver of Kill Buck, New York, born in Salamanca, New York, who passed away on April 7, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Sr. Skiver and Janet Stevens Skiver of Kill Buck, NY.; her brothers, Jeffrey Skiver of Hickory, NC and Daniel Skiver (Brenda Sauer) of Allegany, NY; her nephews, Matthew and Brandon; her niece Amanda; and her brother James H. Skiver Jr..
