VanLoan Jr. of Kiamesha Lake, New York, born in Livingston Manor, New York, who passed away on August 29, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen W. VanLoan and Carol V. VanLoan (Lewis); his son William VanLoan; and his sister Debra Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Jane Ross; his children, Rena Decker (William "Bill"), Kimberly Rodriguez (Angel), Allen "Herbie" VanLoan, Charlene Ross and Robin Young; his grandchildren, Anthony Mitchell (Miranda Stickel), William Decker, Jr. (Tavia Heintz), Allen Decker (Aliana Gonzalez), Tiffany Decker (Anthony Marcano), Isiah Rodriguez, Joshua Rodrigez, David Rosario and Elizabeth Quinonez; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Eli, Axel, Riley, Remi, Lilli, Summer, Tatianna and Catalina; his siblings, Robert VanLoan (Sophia), Daniel VanLoan (Vickie), Edwin Lewis, Annie VanLoan and Richard VanLoan (Jean); and his niece Pricella Jones.
