He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard E. Joy and Colleen Joy (Flanigan). He is survived by: his wife Debra; his daughters, Stacy Cardis (Ronald) of Lake Katrine and Krista Fuller of Kingston; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Emily Cardis and MacKenzey Fuller; his brother Terry Joy (Joan) of Kingston; and his pet Zoey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
