It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Depuy of Kerhonkson, New York, born in Accord, New York, who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton DePuy and Ethel DePuy (Greene); his wife Hazel Roberts; and his siblings, Raymond DePuy, Lillian Schrieber, Frances Schrieber, Edward DePuy, Betty Bielenda and Robert DePuy.

He is survived by: his children, Royal Addis (Cheryl) of Modesto, CA, Karen Baker (Kim) of Fountain Hills, AZ and Linda DePuy of Kingston; his grandchildren, Royal C. (Linda), Brian, Mark (Haley), Kyle and Holly Addis; and his great grandchildren, Wilder and Payton Addis.

Memorial contributions may be made in George's name to the Kerhonkson-Accord First Aid Squad, PO Box 67, Kerhonkson, NY 12446.

“All my love and prayers to the family.. In 5th grade had a teacher named Jenny DePuy. She was an amazing teacher and I carry much she taught me to this day. I'm 74. I hope she was related thru marriage. She was a bright .light in my life. She lives on through her students. and George was just as pleasant and memorable as she and he will live on thru those whom he helped and reassured over the years.
