Edward Altman Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward Altman of Kerhonkson, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 17, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Caroline Tacti (Pascocello); his son Edward Altman Jr.; and his siblings, Caroline Ferrara, Frances, George Altman (Sonny), Robert Altman and Ida Tyler (Tacti).

He is survived by: his wife Carmela; his children, Elizabeth Altman, Kimberly Altman, Dawn M. West, Joseph B. West and Helen Altman; and his siblings, Michael Altman of Long Island, Rosalie Auchmoedy (Tacti) of Kerhonkson, Thomas Tacti of Kerhonkson and Anthony Tacti of Kerhonkson. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations are requested in Edward's name to the American Cancer Society.
