He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Ann Barnes (Rose); his daughter Debra Ann Chase (Robert Kennedy); his grandchildren, Adam Eugene Chase Jr. and Tucker Benjamin Chase; his siblings, Arthur Chapman Barnes III (Blanca), Jeanette Aileen Mulz (Thomas) and Eric John Barnes (Jean); his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Crown, Christopher Barnes (Kristen), Jason Barnes (Dawn Hyde), Jessica Cwynar (Andrew), Lauren Mulz (Cassie Darnell), Matthew Barnes (Chelsea) and Andrew Barnes (Olivia DeVoe); his mother-in-law Marie A. Rose (Tompkins); and also, Adam Chase Sr., Stacey Lynn Barnes (Benjamin Debrosky), Hunter James Debrosky and Ava Kamira Debrosky.
