He is survived by: his sister Thelma Miller of Florida; his children, June Kelsey of St. Remy, Darlene Kelsey Gaal of Port Ewen, Charlene Kelsey of Kingston and Griffin Kelsey (Deborah) of Kerhonkson; and his grandchildren, Stacy Alexander, Allan Alexander, Charles Kelsey, Griffin Kelsey Jr., Deanna Gaal and Joshua Alexander. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
