Cook, Jr. (Gail); and her grandchildren, Nicole Henchen, John Burgess, Kassidy Dent, Karli Henchen, Brooke Burgess, Olivia Maxwell and Ryan Maxwell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
