He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Lloyd Powell-Sprague and Cora M. Weiler Powell-Sprague; his sister-in-law Jeanne Powell; and his cousins, Ronnie Powell and Lori Wellman.
He is survived by: his wife Sarene Olsen Powell; his sons, Sean W. Powell of Kennedy and Terrance A. Powell (Denise) of Kennedy; his grandchildren, Brandon Powell, Samantha Powell, Owen Powell and Ayden Powell; his siblings, Thomas L. Powell of Frewsburg, NY, Paulette J. Joslyn of Bemus Point, NY, Nathan N. Powell (Amy) of Lancaster, NY, Raymond E. Powell (Janet) of Falconer, NY and Karen R. Schroder (Dan) of Sincalirville, NY; and his pet Milo Besides. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
Due CDC requirements and Covid 19 regulations face masks and socially distancing will be required.
