We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2021, at the age of 83, Norma D. Vine of Kennedy, New York, born in Jamestown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Anderson and Florence Kay Anderson; her husband Howard "Howie" Vine; and her brothers, Wendell M. Anderson and David Kay Anderson.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa D. Smith (Tom) of Clarksville, TN; her granddaughter Miranda D. Smith (Dylan Commean) of Clarksville, TN; and also Merrilyn Buccola of Frewsburg.
