He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ormond and Julia Boe Ormond; his wife Rose M. Funcell Ormond; and his siblings, Donna Cross, Grant and Robin Ormond.

He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Ormond of Erie, PA and Kendra Ormond Waddington (Kris) of Falconer; his grandchildren, Brandy Kinney (Justin) of Randolph, Angela Ormond of Falconer, Cody Waddington of Falconer and Dylan Waddington of Fredonia; his great grandchildren, Taige Neal Kinney and Gemma Rose Kinney; and his brother Thomas Ormond of Kennedy.
