He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lawrence McKotch, Ronald McKotch and Audrey VanGuden; his sister-in-law Janice McKotch; his nephews, Lawrence McKotch, Jr and Robert Gunnell; and his niece Sue Ann Reitz.
He is survived by: his parents, Matthew McKotch and Frances Belin McKotch; his wife Virginia Licals McKotch; and his siblings, Paul McKotch (Carol) of Falconer, Martin McKotch (Wanda) of Jamestown, Donna Pollaro (Charles) of Albuquerque, NM, Jean Berg (Wayne) of Jamestown, Sharon Gollnick (David) of Jamestown and Karen Carlson (James) of Jamestown.
