He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Sr. Bailey and Harriet Bailey (Young); his wife Jane; and his siblings, Wesley, James, Leonard Jr. and Evelyn.
He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis Herrick (Dude) of Salamanca and Roger Bailey (Christina) of Salamanca.
