He was predeceased by: his father John Szczepaniec. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Siedinski; his children, Stefani Lombardo (Richard) and Mary Ross (Marcel); his grandchildren, Angelina and Anthony; his mother Katherine Szczepaniec (Wainer); and his sisters, Ann Siragusa (Joseph) and Margaret. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Lester H. Wedekindt, Inc. Funeral Home (3290 Delaware Ave, Kenmore, NY 14217). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
