She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Simmons; and her siblings, Vinny, Joseph, Anne and Josephine.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin (Joli), Kathy (Joe) and Appenheimer; her grandchildren, Cody, Sean, Ryan, Ian, Nicholas and Michael (Sara); and her great grandchildren, Cal, Cade, Cullen, Connor, Ivy, Johnny and Jaxon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
