He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra Voss (Metz); his daughters, Christine Heary (Paul) and Beth Corry (Adam); his grandchildren, Noah, Isaiah, Jonas, Sienna, Ella and Nicholas; his brother David Voss (late Doreen); and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Metz (Janet) and George Metz (Bonnie). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
