We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2022, at the age of 80, Richard Charles in Kenmore, New York, born in Niagara Falls, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emma Dorwart Campbell and William Campbell; his siblings, William Campbell, Jr. (Jane) and Janet Campbell Stults (Taylor); and his nieces and nephews, Davis Taylor Stults (Kathy), Eric William Stults, Evan Campbell Stults (Joe), William Richard Campbell (Rick), Kathy Renner (Mike) and Karen Argo (Victor). He was also cherished by many loving cousins and countless friends.
