He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Fultz and Maureen Fultz; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher and Patrick; his grandson Matthew; his siblings, David (Deborah) and Kathy (late Rik); and his significant other Karen Muranyi.
