He was predeceased by: his sister Patsy Kerwin. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Burkholder (Sly); his children, Mark, Steven and Michele Adams (Brian); his stepchildren, Daniel Lee (Jessica Heffernan) and Karen Lee (David Morris); and his brothers, William "Mike" Burkholder (Connie) and Jeffrey Burkholder (Mary). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lester H. Wedekindt, Inc. Funeral Home (3290 Delaware Ave, Kenmore, NY 14217). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the White Chapel Memorial Park (3210 Niagara Falls Blvd, Buffalo, NY 14228).
