He was predeceased by: his sister Patsy Kerwin. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Burkholder (Sly); his children, Mark, Steven and Michele Adams (Brian); his stepchildren, Daniel Lee (Jessica Heffernan) and Karen Lee (David Morris); and his brothers, William "Mike" Burkholder (Connie) and Jeffrey Burkholder (Mary). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
