She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Buddy" Swanekamp Dear; her daughter Diane Danek Loving; and her parents, Thora Mae (Huttenlocker) and Lee Derrick. She is survived by: her children, Sue Hoffman (Steve) and Mark Swanekamp (Sue); her grandchildren, Shawn Mangold (Nichole), Mark Swanekamp Jr. (Chrissy), Kristen Price (Steve), Colleen Edwards, Katie Hoffman, Christopher Swanekamp, Julia Rogers and William Danek; her great grandchildren, Gianna (Jon), Justin, Jordyn, Ayla, Avery, Lincoln, Mason, McKenna, Ashton, Chase, Lucas, Jase, Kennedy and Ryleigh; her great great grandchildren, Braxton and Mila; and her siblings, Edwin Derrick, Betty Bruce, Sue Mann and Joanne Albert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews Friends.
