She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Day and Helen Day; and her godfather Edward Power. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Latham; her son Richard Latham (Annette); her grandchildren, Steven Latham and Veronica Huq (Mominul); her sisters, Carol Bieron (Paul) and Nancy Ingrisano (late Michael); her nieces, Lisa Hoffman (Paul) and Kristin Maher (Bill); and her nephew Brian Bieron (Kim).

Memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital may be made in Kathie's name.
