“I have lost a very dear friend. Joyce Cromwell and I have been friends since 1969. We certainly knew the drama happening in each other's lives from the happy events to the heartbreaks. Joyce remembered things I had forgotten and vice versa. Shared experiences. Shared memories. Joyce was an artist, part of the Buffalo Society of artists. She would send me notices on her exhibitions. I have watercolors, charcoal drawings of cats, and yes one of her etchings too. I will miss you my dear friend.”
