John Vogt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2024, at the age of 65, John Vogt of Kenmore, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. "Pete" Vogt and Virginia LoTempio Vogt; and his brother Peter C. Vogt (Karen). He is survived by: his children, Tara Irlbacher-Ward (Russ Ward) and Andrew Irlbacher; his wife Ellen Tucker-Vogt; his stepchildren, Frank, Tori and D. J. Tucker; and his siblings, Patrick Kerr (Ann), Suzanne Bensch (late Charles), Vicki Colman, Virginia "Ginger" Vogt (Ginger) and Michael Vogt (Pamela Vine). He is also survived by the nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Northtowns Chapel) (885 Niagara Falls Blvd, Buffalo, NY 14226). John had a "practice" retirement in 2021 due to covid and achieved his planned retirement in June of 2023.
