He was predeceased by: his sister Judith Azzarella (Joseph). He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Kompson; his children, John A. Kompson III, Anne K. Raddatz (Wendell) and David T. Kompson (Marylouise); his grandchildren, Amanda A. Carless (Derek), Kristen B. Raddatz (Jonathan), Christina M. Kompson, John A. Kompson IV, Emma J. Raddatz, David R. Kompson, Jack A. Kompson, Alexander L. Kompson and Melaina L. Kompson; and his great grandchildren, Lillian and Annabel. He is also survived by relatives and many friends.
