He is survived by: his extended family Frank; his children, Amanda Bixby (John), Frank Hanif (Hala Turki) and Jason Slauson (Zar Chi); his grandchildren, Frances, Jacob and Flora; his father Clifford; his stepmother Linda; his siblings, Anthony and Linda K. Frank; and his friend Ken-Ton.
