He is survived by: his wife Sheri Howard Dear; and his children, Doreen DeCarlo (David), Frank (Sheri), Melissa Rine (Mike Komatz), Brian (Nicole) and Joseph (Victoria). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
