He is survived by: his children, Donald Rutter Jr. (late Eileen), Cheryl Robinson (late William), Sandra Gallagher (Al) and Susan Foss Loving; his grandchildren, Sally, Jennifer, Scott, Brent, Martin, Molly, Daniel and Albert; and his great grandchildren, Tanner, Lily and Riley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews Relatives.
