He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Skapinski (Mesler); and his sister Rosalie Skapinski. He is survived by: his children, Michael Skapinski (Krista) and Karen McKee (Joseph); his grandson Mikhail Skapinski; and his friend Kathy Pirro. He is also survived by 6 step grandchildren; and 4 step great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lester H. Wedekindt, Inc. Funeral Home (3290 Delaware Ave, Kenmore, NY 14217). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Timothy's Church (563 E Park Dr, Tonawanda, NY 14150).
