She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick G. Starr; her son Michael C. Starr; and her sister Rosemary Scott (late William). She is survived by: her children, Patricia (Matthew), Balmer, Kathleen Garofalo (Thomas), Frederick (Melissa) and Russell J.; her grandchildren, Sarah, Michael, Alexandra, Rebecca, Emily, Concetta, Nicholas, Christina, Eric, Daniel and Celina; her great grandchildren, Zackery, Olivia and Alexander; and her siblings, Theresa Schueckler (late Joseph) and John Mancuso. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
