We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2020, at the age of 62, Tracy E. Billings of Kendall, New York, born in Auburn, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tracy E. Billings to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Callan and Patricia Callan (Thurston); her father-in-law Lyndon Billings; and her friend Doris. She is survived by: her husband Earl; her children, Blake Morehouse (Joseph), Hannah Bushnell (Joel) and Ethan Billings; her grandchildren, Danon, Noah, Clementine, Maverick, Dylan, Kellan and Winston; her siblings, Cynthia Callan, Rebecca Cox (Gerald), Candice Heinicke and Timothy Callan (Christine); her mother-in-law Carol Billings; and her aunt Evelyn Rasmusen. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Tracy Memorial Art Scholarship, C/O Kendall Junior-Senior High School, 16887 Roosevelt Hwy., Kendall NY 14476. (Put her name on memo line).
