Tia M. Lopuchowycz Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tia M. Lopuchowycz of Kendall, New York, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on September 10, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ford and Beatrice Ford (Allard); and her siblings, Eric Ford and Karen Jackson. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Lopuchowycz; her son Josef Lopuchowycz; her daughter-in-law Danielle Lopuchowycz; her grandson Connor Lopuchowycz; her siblings-in-law, Richard Jackson, Angie Ford and Judie Ford; and her stepmother Carol Ford. She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and in-laws.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Lipson Cancer Institute.
