He was predeceased by: his parents, Langford M. Dobbins and Ina Dobbins (Hall); and his sisters, Gertrude and Beatrice. He is survived by: his wife Audrey; and his children, Lisa Rowley (Dale) of Hamlin, Kathleen Tarshus (Daniel) of The Villages, FL, Karen Bowen (Ray) of Rochester, Ann Polasek (Patrick) of LaGrangeville, NY, Kevin Dobbins (Kimberly) of Kathleen, GA and Cynthia Smith (Steven) of Newburgh, NY. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
